🧿（Reclaimed Wafer） Processing flow
- Recycle used silicon wafer dummy wafers and baffles, and reprocess the surface of the processed silicon wafers
- For example: using chemical and mechanical treatments to peel off the oxide film photoresist metal layer on the surface.
